DailyBeat HRV provides users with an accurate assessment of their overall health and resilience.

IMPORTANT: DailyBeat HRV requires external hardware: a Bluetooth Low Energy Heart Rate Monitor chest strap that has been tested and is supported by hand-held or patch. While wrist-worn devices from other manufacturers work well for heart rate monitoring, their heart rate monitors are not accurate enough for HRV and therefore are not supported. The Apple Watch is not supported.

DailyBeat HRV is compatible with devices running iOS 12 or later, including iPhone 5S and newer, iPad Air and newer, and iPad Mini 2 and newer.

Our clinical-grade algorithms measure Heart Rate Variability (HRV) and provide users with a clear and simple understanding of their health status.

When monitoring your health, we recommend consistent sessions – on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis depending on your objectives.

For establishing new habits, a daily reading is suggested to gauge your willpower reserve for the day and plan accordingly. Research has shown a correlation between HRV and willpower. Therefore, understanding the relationship between Willpower and HRV can help you stay focused on your goals.

If monitoring overall health, a session once a week or month is recommended. The key is to select a schedule that you can adhere to!

As HRV naturally varies over a 24-hour period, we advise scheduling your sessions at the same time each day. This will ensure consistent data comparison. Ideally, conduct your session first thing in the morning before consuming any food or beverages like coffee or tea.
